Pondering Apartment 3-G

Apartment 3-G, 2013-08-21.

OK, there's nothing particularly interesting about this (or any) Apartment 3-G strip, but look at Lu Ann's face in panel two. What exactly was that expression meant to convey? I just can't read it at all.
